It doesn’t matter if you are new or a veteran, these group runs will help you. Guided by a Bellin Health Running Coach, each week there will be a short route and a long route to choose from depending on your current fitness level. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and workout in a fun and energetic atmosphere. These runs will continue through mid-October.
