This is a slow class for all ability levels. We’ll integrate mindfulness, breathwork, strength and movement to find a perfect balanced yoga class. Bring your own yoga mat.
This is a five-week class: Mondays, September 16, 23 & 30, October 7 & 14
For the full series: $40/GBBG Member; $45/General Public
