Learn to move with higher quality and more ease as you participate in a series of NeuroMovement® lessons based on the Anat Baniel Method®. Classes will be taught in slow, subtle and varied patterns to engage your whole self to feel, think and move with vitality. You’ll feel increased attention, awareness of self and enthusiasm through an enjoyable exploration of movement that helps your brain and body to communicate in new ways.

No special clothing is needed, but loose, comfortable clothes are encouraged.
