Join Balance on Buffalo yoga instructors as we celebrate the International Day of Yoga with a 1-hour yoga practice designed to unite mind, body, and spirit. Deepen your connection to self, the world and nature with this gentle practice of breath, movement,and reflection suitable to all levels of experience.
Kirtan to follow. Kirtan is an ancient and well-known art to calm the mind, open the heart and connect with the Divine Consciousness. It is a culture where everybody can take a place and make their own experience. Beginners Welcome!
