Writing is made easier with prompts and soup. Join us in a writer’s workshop designed to get your creative juices flowing for writers or creatives in several genres (poetry, fiction, nonfiction, etc.), to inspire the creation of new work, find new processes, and even remix or re-vision existing work/text. Food will be provided. Instructor: Kenzie Allen is a descendant of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, and she is currently a PhD student in English and Creative Writing at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee where she is also a Teaching Assistant in American Indian Studies.
