ACE Wellness Women’s Self Defense Course will teach you protection skills as well as the basics on how to avoid violent situations…and how to better prepare yourself for dealing with them when/where avoidance isn’t possible.
Understanding how violent situations occur and develop, allows us to create the time and distance to make these physical self-defense techniques effective.
