The class offers writing prompts and exercises for those of all skill levels, and it will also work for writers or creatives in several genres (poetry, fiction, nonfiction, etc.), to inspire the creation of new work, find new processes, and even remix or re-vision existing work/text. Instructor: Kenzie Allen is a descendant of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, and she is currently a PhD student in English and Creative Writing at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee where she is also a Teaching Assistant in American Indian Studies. This is a free class.
